These terms and conditions govern your use of the Badger Finance website (badgerfin.co.za) and the credit services offered by BELLOORD 49 CC t/a Badger Finance (Registration No. 2008/068143/23, NCR Registration NCRCP19928). By using this website or applying for credit, you agree to these terms.
1. Credit provider details
BELLOORD 49 CC t/a Badger Finance, Registration No. 2008/068143/23, is a registered credit provider under the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, NCR Registration NCRCP19928.
2. Eligibility
To apply for credit you must be a South African citizen or permanent resident, 18 years or older, employed or have a regular income, and have a valid South African identity document (green ID book or smart ID card). All applications are subject to affordability assessment and credit checks as required by the NCA.
3. Application and approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We assess each application individually in accordance with the NCA. We will communicate the outcome of your application directly to you. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing reasons.
4. Fees and interest
All fees and interest rates are disclosed in your pre-agreement statement and credit agreement before you sign. Interest accrues at 5% per month, calculated daily on the outstanding balance. An initiation fee, monthly service fee, and payment instruction fee apply as disclosed. Total cost of credit is capped at 100% of the principal in accordance with NCA s.101 / Reg 42.
5. Repayment
Repayment is made by debit order or payroll deduction as agreed in your credit agreement. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on the deduction date. Missed payments may result in additional fees and adverse credit bureau listings.

7. Governing law
